The International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) is the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society’s biggest conference and one of the leading international forums for robotics researchers to present their work. In the 2016 conference held in Stockhold, Sweden, the MAPIR group was represented by Mariano Jaimez and Ruben Gómez who presented their works:
To share the knowledge and technical advances of our lab, the MAPIR group (represented on this occasion by Javier G. Monroy) attended the SMART RURAL “FIMART” innovation fair. In its third edition, this innovation fair brought together companies and research facilities with the aim to promote technology transfer and innovation in rural areas.
The Mapir team attended to ICRA 2015 in Seattle, contributing with three works (check them in our publication list):
Researchers from the MAchine Perception and Intelligent Robotics (MAPIR) group of the System Engineering and Automation Dpt. of the University of Málaga have implemented a web-based graphical interface to control remote robots that guarantees the continuity and reability of such control when some of the components of the system, like the network communications or the application software, produce non-deterministic…
