La Universidad de Málaga a través del grupode investigación MAPIR, perteneciente al departamento de Ingeniería de Sistemas y Automática, ha desarrollado el robot Rhodon, un dispositivo que cuenta con una ‘nariz electrónica’ capaz de detectar, reconocer y localizar concentraciones de gases para elaborar mapas de olores en 2D y 3D a través de los cuales minimizar los posibles riesgos para operadores humanos.
