About me

I’m a final-year Software Engineering student at the University of Málaga, born and raised in Luque (Córdoba, Spain). My research passion sits squarely in the triad of robotics, human-robot interaction (HRI) and computer vision—areas where I can blend code, hardware and user-centred design to build systems that truly collaborate with people.

Technical Toolbox

  • C++ / ROS 2 for real-time robot control and perception pipelines
  • Python (OpenCV, PyTorch) for rapid computer-vision prototyping
  • C# / Unity to simulate and visualise HRI experiments
  • Solid grounding in Java and general software architecture

Highlights

  • Publications on interactive robotics (see list below).
  • Multiple hackathon wins, where I led small teams from idea to demo in under 48 hours.
  • Comfortable presenting results in fluent English and Spanish.

What’s Next

I’m seeking a Ph.D. in Mechatronics to push the frontier of robots that perceive their surroundings and engage with humans naturally.

Always open to research collaborations, hackathons and coffee-fuelled brainstorming sessions.
